We are in unlimted package with 256kbps, but we are not getting actual speed. When we gave a complaint by phone to our are je, he is replying that you are in unlimited package with 3300 Rs monthly tariff, because of this reason you will get maximum speed of 256kbps but not exact speed. Actually we have taken your bsnl broad band network connection with your technical persons advise for our SAP software requirements. But it is not working with 256 kbps actual speed. Kindly solve our problem immediatly.
