Almost everyday i am raising complaint for my broadband connection thru BSNL online complaint booking system, as surprisingly without attending the call (neither calling on the alternate number provided not visiting house) the complaint is removed from the system, as I can raise complaint again next day. The way staff responds to my phone call, clearly shows their limited knowledge about the product and solution/service that is required to be given for the issue. Adding to this, very very poor response; at time nobody would pick up the phone to listen the problem. My problem of broadband is there from last 1.5 months. I am getting 678 error from my place, whereas recently I tried connecting using my laptop and modem from bsnl office, which connects fine. The offical says, its connecting so there is no problem. But I am not sure if they are understanding rightly that there could be problem in a junction somewhere near my house. Intermittantly, it connects from my place.. but it has connected only twice from my place.. never more than that. The way service response is, I am almost on a verge to decide to go for another service provider. My place is in Hyderabad, Miyapur area.
