BILL FOR NON PURCHASED MODEM

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had got the BSNL Broadband UL connection 900 Plan (22475791) in Jun but modem is my own.

Actually, I requested for a modem from BSNL but since it took a long time and I did not receive one from BSNL, I had purchased one my own.

But BSNL has billed for the Modem, modem security deposit and also the monthly rent for the modem in my next bill.

Would request the respective authorities to kindly levy the charges.
