Not responce of complaints

Dear sir,

i have broadband connection and i regularly pay my bill. altough before last 25 days i complaning to bsnl exchange

(naroda exchange, ahmedabad) but they are not responding yet. even when i call to complaining they not listning me properly and talking with me very roudly.

i request to you please take some action. this like of behaviour is very bad for good bussiness and today u see how compitition is, all private companies satisfied theire customers by giving good service. i just only want to say that serve ur service well.
