Delay in New Broadband Connection

I applied for a New Telephone connection along with Broadband services with BSNL.

Somehow I managed to get them the New Telephone connection on 20 Oct. But they are yet to supply the Broadband service despite their promise that broadband service will be given within 2 to 3 working days.

Kindly do the needful.
