I'm a victim of BSNL bad customer service. I have a problem with the net connection for BSNL BroadBand. I have given the complaint in phone as well as in person.
But the lineman keeps calling up tiem and gaian just to verify if I am getting the conenction, adding fuel to fire. The response on phone is also very bad. For past one month I'm unable to use the net because of this problem and still no body is coming to rectify the problem.
Will the concerned authorities look into this matter and take stern action?
