BroadBand not working properly for past 15 days

I am a BSNL Landline & BroadBand Customer.

My Landline No. is 22630578.

I would like to share my HORRIBLE experience with BSNL Service.

My broadband connection is not working properly for the past 15 days.

My connection is getting disconnected every two minutes frequently.

I am not able to download any documents or check email for the past 20 days.

I went to Pozhichalur telephone exchange in person and registered a complaint. Till today no action was taken in this regard.

Since I am using the BSNL landline only for Broadband purpose, I am paying every month bill amount without enjoying the internet facility fully.

I believed that BSNL will provide better service when compare to other Internet service providers in the market.

But, now I found that BSNL is a worst service provider when compare to other ISPs in the market.

Without providing a good service and not bother about the customer care, every month BSNL is sending Bill very promptly and I am paying the same without fail.

If this continues, I will be forced to surrender my connection and advise my friends and colleagues also to not to go for BSNL BroadBand.
