Sir/madam,
I purchased my AC on 30 July and after that i requested to the company customer care a lot of time to give demonstration of their product. Every time the customer care executive said that their service executive will come and give me a complaint no. which i mentioned alongwith this complaint.
And also at the time of purchasing the dealer said that within the gaurantee period the company also provides two time servicing one at September when season ends and another at March when season starts. But till now there is no response from their side. I put my complaint more than 4 or 5 times since july and two times in the current month.
The product is really a costlier one and therefore i cant ignore this problem. Now, I request to your goodself that kindly take some strict action so that i can get rid from this problem.
