Excess billing

Sir,

I am using 500c plan. In this plan during 2am to 8am usage is free. But many days they are charged me during free period, and got excess bill of around Rs.4000. I complained to BSNL, but they didn't corrected my bill.

i request you to take necessary actions. my consumer no. is 3402495. I have a excel document downloaded from their site to prove the calculation error.
