My application for 20 % concession in bsnl broadband bill yet not considered

I had applied for the grant of 20 % concession for my bsnl broadband bill in the month of february with all the necessary credentials as told by the officials at nari exchange nagpur. I enquire for the same twice/ thrice every month, but they say that "work will be done soon plz wait". I request u to know the proper addresee (superior officer) where i can get justice. Plz inform me about the email addresses of the relative officers at ur earliest. Thank u.
