I'm having BSNL Broadband Connection at my home. However the speed is very good but for Last few days i've observed it is not connecting with server hence i'm not able to avail internet facility now a days. apart from this there is no any concerned email to make complaint as i'm not having outgoing facility on my landline phone connection.
The time has come, that BSNL should take stand to facilitate and improve their Customer service Network. Moreever There is no any section which clearly indicates the internet uses charges.and the amount is shown in debits.
it is clear that BSNL is not updating itself to Standards
