Internet not working and poor service

I am ashok sharma and i have a broadband connection and its not working properly, iternet get disconnected automatically aftr some time.i have registered 3-4 complaints on the local telephone exchange from last few weeks but there is not any action taken from them.and i am regularly facing this problem.
