Frequent disconnection & no proper response

Sir,

My landline No.252194. The broadband connection effected from 4th March got frequent disconnection, from the day one. The JTO

/ Outdoor / South / Neyveli (04142) / TN is unable to rectify the error. But was told the mistake would be on my computer.

Accordingly, my system was checked with an IBM service engineer. No deviation is found. Informed me that modem must be checked,

after he found some deviation in values shown on the meter, he tested. Informed to the JTO concerned. She was not aware of it.

Using your good office, I request the early action be taken to solve the problem, permanently, atleast by replacing the modem, as it

stands under guarantee period.

permanent solution, pl.
