Telephone line &instrument fault

Respected Sir,

We are residing in No15 prashant enclave rukmani st, and for the past 1 week there is a landline fault.we have launched more than 4 complaints but there was no response from BSNL (kknagar). We are regular payers of BSNL since 1996.The faulty telephone no is 24746793.So, I request you to take action immediately and do the needful.
