Bsnl broadband -rural 150 plan
Unable to check usage details

Dear Sir,

I am a user of Bsnl Broadband. I am unable to check my Account usage from one week. I am using Rural plan 150.So i need to check my Usage. Whenever i try to check usage on bsnl.in/Dataone.in a error occur. I also try on http://10.240.43.216 but this site does not open. Please give me solution of my problem as soon as possible.
