Delay/no delivery of post-Khargha

My SCDL study material is returend back to pune, and after complainting the same they had sent it again, but i had not received it yet, it is more then 10days they have dispatched it, Post mans never leve any intimation on doors/never calls on Mobile no.

I am worry, please help.

It is uin Kharghar- Navi Mumbai
