I have applied for a Broadband along with BSNL phone connection 40 days ago. I have been given phone connection within 10 days and my phone number is 0431-2456360 with the assurance that I would be given Broadband connectivity within a weeks time. Even after the lapse of more than a month I have neither been given broadband connectivity nor received any communication in this regard. Since my attempt to register a complaint in this regard has failed, as the designed site for registering complaint is not activated, I wish to register my complaint through this forum.
As and when I contacted in person regarding the above issue, I was told that non-availability of modem is the main reason for delay in providing the connection and it would be solved within a week or 10 days.
Hope, the authority concerned will take some initiative immediately in arranging modem, as I was told that some more applicants are also waiting for connection on this account.
