We could not use your broadband connection to explore internet after the Nanganallur exchange changed the numbers. ie from 16/09. Our previous number is 22316207 and the changed number is 22246207.
We have been contacting you at 1500 but no useful information.
We directly went to Nanganallur office, they just scribble our numbers and till date no connectivity is established. It is not only for our case but for many persons who shout at your Nanganallur office. The officer Mr Williams openly telling us to complaint to higher level
