I was disturbed at the service and poor way of handling customer complaints by pizza hut.
The waiter Named- Joseph (pizza hut -bharat mall, mangalore) didn't had the courtesy to talk to customers and not at all any mannerism to handle the customers, he was just to arogant to take any complaints done by me and my fellow friends. Saying that i don't care about your complaints.
I would like pizza hut authorities to take some serious actions in this matter and will want some updates on the actions taken may be mailing me. Otherwise it would be really miserable on there side.
