Broad Bend not working properly

We are having B S N L Broad Bend Connection for our Bussiness purpose. But since last Eight months our Internet Connection is being Disconnected while working. We have to log in many time even to send a single E mail. We are facing this problem since last Eight Months. Is there any Body to help the Helpless persons like us who are facing problems due to un efficient gov. staff.
