BSNL BRODBAND PLAN NO - (500C)

I was applied for a BSNL Brodband connection of plan no - (500c) by my land phone no - 2356-0323, and i have already got the Recever, Modem and others equipments but, till now i have not get my connection.

Plz do the needfull as soon as possiable for my connection.
