Ad service and behaviour by staff

Our number 080-22989767 is having frequent problem in broadband. Twice the problem has been diagnosed of network key and password changed. Who changes that? Instead of one person four people will come together, and make the password public. They make lot of noise, laugh and talk in their local language and do not behave well. Even when the problem is not done, they will leave saying that they are busy. If they are so busy, then why four five people should come? Now the person who comes everytime refuses to come.
