Against customer care

I vinay choudhary using the mobile no 9418403721 wants to complaint that i have call up in customer care unit regarding some problem of 125/- plan . but the person who attanded my call has put up me on hold and disconnect the line with out giving me any kind of information. no matter i again call up and my problem was sort out. but on 12/11/08 at 11:41 pm i got miss call from this no 919718863404. after giving me 4-5 miss call he call me up at 12:24am and said is it Mr. vinay and calling from mandi, then i said yes it is. then he said i m calling from customer care and which is the nearest police satation in your area, then i said who r u? why u want to know all these thing? then he disconnected the line.

so my dear sir/madam i just want to know who is that person.

and which kind of services you people are providing. is this the way to disturb your customer at mid nigth and ask bull shit questions.

hope my complaint will be taken as a serious matter.

plz mail me back as soon as possible
