I am BSNL user with 500c plan.
In the month of November (4 to 17) my BSNL connection are disturb (sametimes dead sametimes partial dead) after the connection is continued the broadband is not working after some times with customer care I have come to knoe that password is change with new password my internet is working.
when my check my usage i see that in my account on 09/11/08, 5GB download which is not doing by me.
