I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (maharashtra circle) using ICICI online Mobile PrepaidThrough Internet Banking and refill of Rs 299.00 one india on 25/11 and haven't received any refill as yet (same day). Amount of Rs 299/- already debit to you from my ICICI saving account
