I am unable to open the website bbservice.bsnl.in, to see my usage details. past 10 to 12 days, also not able to access quickly, Shall I surrender the connection, I got connectionin July only, I came to knew with in SIX months We can surrender the MODEM, becasue From the installation till I am not Satisfied, so many times complained, Contacted Line men, but not use. Kindly reply atleast for this message.
