Its a Matter of disgust that ICICI makes its SO CALLED valuable customers BEG and after payments have been clered from the credit card. I had ordered this set in JUly and till date i get BULL SHIT answers that the glasses will be delivered in 2 weeks and its PHILIPS OFFER and not gift 360.
The offer does not say so and till date i did not get my GLASSES as promised.
I also requested... this atleast 50 times to the bangalore call center and it cost money as the TOLL FREE Nos just rings and you have to make STD phone calls and the story continues.
Is there any way that I get compensated by this COMAPNY or ICICI and also i am in contact with CONSUMER ADRESSAL FORUM And i will suit this comapny in court for sure if my REQUEST is not attended to as its matter of PRINCIPLES and not MONEY
