Non availability of GPRS signal

Sir,

My sim number (Cellone prepaid) is 9447263548, location-Chengannur, Dist Aleppey, Kerala.

My complaint is that the GPRS signal is not permanent. It comes and goes. I always keep my balance above Rs.500/-

On discussions with CCOs, they donot give any clear solutions and hesitate to take the complaints upwards, which made me complain this way.

I hope the needful may be done.
