I AM SOUMEN MISRA, MY MOBILE NO IS 9474330968 .ON 26 JANUARY NIGHT, MY BALANCE WAS 8.65, BUT NOT PERMIT TO GO ANY CALL THAT IS WHY I CALL CUSTOMER CARE BUT THAT TIME THEY SAID THAT FOR NETWORK PROBLEM IT MAY BE HAPPEN AND THEY ALSO CHECK MY BALANCE .IN 27TH MORNING WHEN I CHECK IT AND CALL THEN IT WAS -8.65. THE CUSTOMER CARE ALSO WRITE COMPLAIN ON 27TH JANUARY.I HAVE LOSS RS (8.65 8.65). AS A PREPAID CUSTOMER HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO BECOME NEGITIVE WHEN ALL THE TIME AFTER CALL END BALANCE IS BEING SHOWING.HOW MUCH TIME AER REQUERED TO RETURN MY BALANCE PLEASE TELL/WRITE ME.
