BSNL
Oad band connection is very slow

I hav etaken the bb connection from bsnl but the spped which i am getting in downloads is only 30 kbps and the other person using the same plan are getting more than 180 kbps of speed in downlods, many times the complains has been given to the bsnl office but there is no respone from that side,

means the money which we are paying to BSNL is going in drain. is there any whay to shotr it out
