The gprs service on my mobile 9419734749 was working properly till jan
but it stopped suddenly in feb n since then it has not been restored
when i called up c.care... their response was weird... they dont know anything... they say that there might be problem with my handset setting..although i retrieved the settings again 4m bsnl...!
i m unable to see the E or G sign which represents the proper functioning of gprs...!
i send the sms gprspre to 53733 many a times... but of no avail... they give no response...!
BSNL is DUMB...!
