I have not activated the caller tunes facility but still, i am being charged for it. How can i deactivate it. I am trying to send the BT DACT sms to 56700 but i get a "message sending failed" error every time. What shall i do? Please deactivate it immediately. My mobile no. is 9441414546.Otherwise i have no option than to get your BSNL connection canceled.
