I had recharged my account by Rs. 197 (which is a GPRS voucher for which one can use internet free of charge for 1 month) on 8th Feburary. On 23rs Feb while using internet my whole balance got deducted from my account which was about Rs. 80. On the next day I went to the BSNL customer care and give them the application about the problem and to solve it asap. They assure me to solve the problem in 2-3 days. But till today (20th March) inspite of visiting there customer care centre around 5-6 times my problem has not been solved.
Please help me in solving my problem as soon as possible.
