Hi, this is Dhrubajyoti Ghosh from suri, Birbhum (WEST BENGAL) and I'm facing a problem repeatedly that whenever I insert the BSNL SIM card on my mobile phone handset on that time an unwanted SMS is send and my account balance is decrease by Rs 2 each time. I don't know what SMS is send and what its destination. I think it is your SIM service action and this is happening in each handset.
Please take immediate necessary action.(I'm not getting contact to customer care)
