My cell no is 9417940760, I never asked BSNL for activation of cricket updates. But they activated and deducting Rs. 30/ PM. Several times I informed through letter to CGM, and GM (Cellone). No use. Please inform me how to deactivate cricket updates on my prepaid mobile.
