No action against my complain

My USB data card for internet is not working at my home. I visit to BSNL COSTUMER SERVICE CENTER three times regarding my compalin, but no one is helping me. One of these are provide me phone no. of Mr. Poddar, i call him various times but he always advising me to wait for 2-3 days since last one month. kindly help me.
