Poor services

Dear sir,

i have a postpaid bsnl connection my number being 919419156220.im so fed up with the services here.for a week now my sms are not getting cleared.sometimes they are not cleared for hours and sometimes never at all.i do not even know whom to approach.when i approach udhampur engineers from where everything is controlled they do listen very politely and are responsive but they are also claiming that there is no fault at their end.all the other subscribers at reasi here are also facing the same problem.may i request u sir to please look into the matter.ill be highly grateful to u.
