Excess billing

The day I had converted my mobile sim from pre-paid to post paid I assume the billing is going on excess as compared with the simillar usage of the same mobile in a nut shell. FFE fecility might not been activated and hidden billing charges such as reducing the number of calls and by reducing the call durations etc.

My land line was shifted from C V Raman nagar exchange to KR Puram exchange. WLL set has been provided to me. This set voice clarity was not good. Broad band connection is getting delayed because of the cables not layed in that area. Such a copmtaitive field in communction other private players are just behind the coustomer'sn to provide net connections and it is very surprise to here from BSNL such a lazy attitude.
