Hi All,

This is regarding BSNL Boardband- Chennai where i got connection on Jan 12 but they charged me double bill on Feb of Rs 2047/- where i enquired no one reply even useless 1500 (help line) no help at all. Even i went to their office no one is ready to explain me the details. Is this the way how our government officers are working after getting out our tax money
