i m a regular customer of bsnl for last 15 years. i have bsnl phone at number 0129-2212154.i have a broadband connection also.i have a lot of disturbance in my phone, you can not listen anyone while calling by this phone and broadband is not working at all.i am very frustrated of concerned authorities.tha't why i choose you to help me.
BSNL states everywhere that the complaints are removed in 24 hours but i think i am the exceptional case for you people... my complaint has not been concerned for more than 2 months.i daily complaint to your complaint centre, to sdo's, to lineman's.etc
i m very tired of the related authorities and officials..they don't hear at all my complaint and say "ho jayega".."humne thekedar ko bola hai vo nayi laine dal dega" i have two numbers of your concerned officers : 2241244 and 9466000392 .i don't know their names but ..they don't pay attention at all to my problem. i am complainting for last two months... but no response from there.
my last complaint numbers is blb09418
and online grievence number is HAR/CO/1116.
TELL ME WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED TO Do if you can't solve my internet and phone problem...
should i have disconnect my phone from bsnl.
should i prefer anyother telecome company.
i don't think i need to do this after emailing you.i hope, you will definitely pay attention to my problem.
