All out going calls are debared even bill of post paid connection is paid

i am a post paid customer of bsnl having mobile no 9490956600. for the month of march i have paid bill of 340 on 20 march through internet banking before the due date . i received conformation mail also from bsnl. On 31 march all of my out going calls are stopped. i am not able to contact any body causes me maintal harassment and my personal money loss also . pleae do the need ful.
