This is Mr. P S Goswami a prepaid mobile customer for last four years. Recently I am facing a problem regarding internet connectivity. I use Rs.152 GPRS scheme and get net access in ti my PC through mobile. But from 5 April I am not getting the service due to might be some technical problem. I made a complaint to customer care and got docket no3577240 but no positive response I have got so far. Repeatedly I made another complaint with same issue on 14 April. But even till date my problem has not been solved. I have spoken to customer care several times. When I use to connect my PC through mobile I get a message Error 734: PPP link control protocol was terminated.
My request to you that please look into the matter seriously and instruct you good office to solve the problem as early as possible.
