Phone dead from last 5 Days

Sir,

In connection with number 01232-230251, i like to brought to your notice that the landline number is dead/non-operative from last 5 days and we had lodged a complaint too in this respectin our local telephone exchange of modinagar, but no action had been taken till yet.

Further, i like to mention that since the telephone is not in working stage for more than three regular days, therefore no rental should be charged on the same, as per TRAI regulations.
