Ridiculous to start with,
My name is Meenakshi Sundaram, my telephone number is 0251-2460428. I have been using this phone from BSNL for the last 6 months. I received my first bill stating that “Due to Technical problem STD/ISD details cannot be supplied. I was under the impression that there is REAL technical problem. Then I received my second bill stating the same reason.
When I went to pay the bill at Dombivli (w) BSNL office, I was asked to submit a written complaint to the accounts department, which I did, No response until now. Then I was asked to call 1500, no response until now. Is this organization fit to run when as a customer I am eligible to receive detailed billing without any charge?
Also, I placed a request for my electronic facility to be availed, till now this is a facility which I am not able to enable in my phone. A service which I am eligible for and a complaint which I have placed for at least 10 times, with no resolution.
Also, the person who came to install the phone at my home took a bribe of Rs. 300/-??? For what, I have again placed this complaint at 1500 for no resolution. To add to my agony the gentleman who came to install the phone told me, he expected Rs. 500/- and why am I paying Rs. 300/-. I am ready to identify this person at any legal juncture you wish to.
With all good faith, I expect a resolution and not a bribe or a run around again. This is ridiculous from BSNL an organization run by the government of India.
Hope this is resolved immediately before I reach a consumer forum for compensation.
