My bsnl telephone no. 2700216- consumer no 71531681- is dead. he insturment also is very old. whenever we ask for changing the instrument only a part of the instrument like receiver is changed and he same does not fit properly to the set. How many times we have asked to change the instrument and give new but no use.
pl help me to get the telephone working and change the instrument.
