I asked for activation of the GPRS 230 on my prepaid mobile in Chennai. I received an email confirming activation. To my shock, though Rs 230/- was promptly deducted from my balance, I am still being charged when I use the GPRS facility. Calls to customer service is not yielding any result.

Will somebody please help??
