Sir I'm using 500c broadband plan of bsnl. I have 175 free call per month in this plan. so i complete call count with in 160 every month. but they bsnl sending me 25 to 30 rs call charge in my bill though my no of calls with in free limit. i checked Bsnl web site for cal details it also showing my call counts with in 175. but when i complain in my local exchange they are saying call details don't include local BSNL no. its only show the calls to mobile and wll phone. what should i do now??
