Dead Telephone
My telephone number 06228-284264 (choraut-sitamarhi bihar india-843319) is lying dead for about 6 months but bsnl, bihar circle is not taking any action to rectify the problem. Actually we paid all bills on time till the phone was working.since the installation time of my phone most of the time it is dead.i don't know what is the problem Now we should be given top priority to correct the disconnection.whenever we contact to the related engineer, i got the answer it will connected soon, but nothing happens.please do the needful.
