My carrier is Comcast and Outlook is my e-mail Service. Lately in the past several weeks I have had nothing but problems with my e-mail account. To top this all up two of my members and contact listings are missing and just disappeared. Luckily I was able to recreate one of them with a new date because I had printed out a hard copy. We are a non-profit 501 c3 organization and communication is extremely important to help our vicinities and communities. At times I am wondering if there are 'hackers' involved and mess up my system. I also have experienced many problems which causes me extreme hardshp. Every one was involved to fix the problem but nothing was corrected satisfactory.
My software is now 2007 product. I do not know what you are doing because everything is worse than it ever was before. I am a very unhappy camper.
The solution would be to secure my account from your end and help me try to located my disappeared listings. I have to take care of my communities members.
Here is another problem: I can not use 'reply' to a mail I receive. It just does not get the original sender.
