I have filled an application for transfer of bsnl landline 3 week ago.they told me that it wil be done in 2 day time but three week have passed and still there is no response from bsnl. I go there n they just make excuses n say that it wil b done.from the past 12 years we are using that number and want to retain that number.land line number is 01352725405
